If you are selling your tickets through a ticketing platform, this article is just for you! You can find and activate all integrations in the Settings → Integrations tab.
Eventee currently supports the following ticketing services: Eventbrite, GoOut, TiTo, Mitingu.
Why you should integrate your ticketing platforms with Eventee
Once you enable ticketing integration, two things will happen:
your event data will be synchronized, including the name, logo, start date, etc.
those who purchased a ticket, will be uploaded to Eventee along with their ticket number, as your attendees
After publishing your event, you can invite imported attendees via email. After logging in, they will also find their tickets in the Eventee app, ready for check-in.
The 'Get Ticket' Button
You can also set up the Get Ticket button, which will appear on the homepage of your event and on the preview page in the mobile app. This button redirects visitors without tickets to your integrated ticket sales platform.
You can set up the button in Settings -> Website -> Event Access.
How to Integrate Ticket Sales Platforms with Eventee
Eventee supports integration with Eventbrite, TiTo, Mitingu, and GoOut. Setting up the integration is very easy. In the following subchapters, we will describe how to do it.
Eventbrite
You can set up the integration with Eventbrite by following these steps:
1. Go to Settings → Integrations, toggle the button on the right, and click Authorize.
2. If you are using Eventbrite for the first time, you need to allow Eventee access to your Eventbrite account. Please click Allow. You may also need to log in first.
After enabling, the window should close, and you will see a 'Select event' button next to the toggle.
3. Now you can select the event you want to integrate with Eventee. The list of events is identical to the list you have on Eventbrite.
4. After selecting the event, Eventee is connected to Eventbrite, and you can choose which information you want to synchronize - event information or attendee list. For event information, you can choose whether to synchronize it only once or every time you make changes. The attendee list, including their tickets (in the form of QR codes), is synchronized automatically on an ongoing basis.
And that's it! You can see the imported attendees in Eventee as soon as they purchase tickets on Eventbrite. They will be marked either as Not invited yet or Pending, depending on whether your event is published and whether automatic invitations are enabled.
What attendee information is synchronized with Eventee?
When it comes to Eventbrite, the default synchronization includes the attendee's first name and last name, as well as their email address and ticket (including the ticket number). So you can be sure that your attendees will always have this information available in Eventee.
Through the Eventbrite settings (Order Options → Order Form), you have the option to collect additional information about your attendees, such as their gender, blog link, company, mobile phone, and more.
Unfortunately, we are only able to synchronize certain fields. These include mobile phone, website and job position.
Any additional information beyond these fields (both pre-created ones, as shown in the image below, and custom ones you have created) cannot currently be imported into Eventee.
Publishing an event
When you are ready to publish your event, we will send invitations to your attendees at the email addresses they provided to Eventbrite. You can also see these addresses in Eventee on the Users page.
Once attendees log in to Eventee, they will have their tickets with a unique QR code ready directly in the app! And how can you check in the ticket? Since this code is provided by EventBrite, you must use their app for check-in.
Tito
To connect TiTo with Eventee, you need to enter a token - a unique key that you can find in your TiTo administration. To obtain the token, go to ti.to, log in, proceed to id.tito.io and look for the API Access button.
Then you can either copy an already generated token or create a new one.
After inserting the token and clicking Save, select one of your events on TiTo that you want to link with Eventee. Once the event is selected, this setting will appear:
This screen allows you to synchronize event information as well as the list of attendees with tickets. The Synchronize button activates continuous automatic synchronization. This means that whenever a change occurs (e.g., a new attendee or an event update), Eventee will automatically add this information to the system.
You can turn off automatic synchronization at any time.
Mitingu
To connect Mitingu with Eventee, you need to enter your login credentials (email and password) for your Mitingu account.
Once you enter them, click Save, select your event, and you should see the following settings:
Here you can synchronize the participant list including their tickets. You can also enable automatic invitations, so once your event is published, your participants will automatically receive an invitation. The invitation settings also apply to newly added participants.
GoOut
The GoOut integration requires special login credentials, which you can obtain only by contacting GoOut support.
Once you have it, simply insert it into Eventee, select your upcoming event, and you should see the following settings:
Here you can synchronize the participant list including their tickets. You can also enable automatic invitations, so once your event is published, your participants will automatically receive an invitation. The invitation settings also apply to newly added participants.
You can set up the pixel directly in GoOut - go to your event -> Settings -> Marketing -> Tracking Codes -> Conversion Script, and paste the code from Eventee there. Don't forget to click Save at the bottom!
