# How to access a private event (web app)

Learn more about accessing a private event with Eventee web app.

This article assumes that you have **found** **your** **event**, and **cannot** **get** **inside**. If you don't know how to find your event, please [continue here](https://help.eventee.com/en/articles/68-how-to-find-and-join-the-event-website-web-app.md).

## **Not on the allowlist**

Are you seeing this message? This means, you are accessing a private event and your email address is not on the guest list. Are you sure this is the email address you used when registering for this event? Is it possible you used your company email or personal email?

If you are sure your email address should be on the guest list, please contact the event organiser.

## **Event has PIN code**

The event organizer set up a PIN code. It’s their responsibility to provide you with the code - typically via email, website, or in a document…

If you **can't** **find** **the** **code**, please contact the **event** **organizer**.

## **I don't have login credentials**

In this case, first let's check if the event requires a login. That is, if you can see the **Skip** **login** button right under the **Password** field. If you do, you can go ahead and use an anonymous mode to browse the event.

If it's not there, this event requires a login. Click **Register** or use one of the single sign-on options - Facebook, LinkedIn, or Apple ID.
