How to find and join the event website (web app)

Disclaimer: The web app is made for laptops, notebooks, tablets, and other bigger devices. If you are a mobile user, we strongly suggest you get the Eventee mobile app (we provide native iOS and Android apps). Your experience will be much better.

The Eventee web app is browser-based, which means it runs on internet browsers. This allows you to access the event without downloading the app. 

Join with invitation

This is the easiest way to access your event's website. 

Open your web browser, head over to your email, and search for the name of your event. You should find an invitation from [email protected]m. The button in the invitation will get you to your event.

If you wish to access the event's website, you need to open invitation on a computer. If opened on a phone, it will always open the mobile application.

Join without invitation

If you don't have the invitation or any other link from the organiser about the event, you'll need to find it manually. The very best way is with the internet search tool (Google, Bing, etc):

• Open your preferred search tool and search for ‘[Your event’s name] + ‘Event Eventee’’. In our case, we searched for Activating Leadership.

"Can't I just go to eventee.com, login and find my event there?"

Unfortunately, the main Eventee site is for organisers only. You can still contact our support to find the event for you, but you won't find it there on your own.

If you found it, simply open the site, and click on the button in upper right corner to continue to your event.

If a site with a login opened then congratulation, you have arrived at your event! Depending on the event setting, you might need to login first.

Logging in, but event requires a PIN code or says that you are not on the allowlist? In that case, it's a private event and you might need to contact the organiser to find out more.
