How to purchase a plan through Eventee

How to purchase a Solo plan

1. Access your event in the Eventee administration.

2. Open Dashboard -> Overview page, and click on the green Upgrade button.

3. Select a Solo plan.

   

4. Fill in your email address, country, and zip code if needed.

5. Add a VAT number, discount, or add-on.

6. Proceed with payment.

   

How to purchase a Business or Enterprise plan

1. Access your event in Eventee administration.

2. Open Dashboard -> Overview page, and click on the green Upgrade button.

3. Select Business or Enterprise plan.

   

4. Fill in your email address, country, and zip code.

5. Add a VAT number or discount.

6. If you wish to purchase an add-on, please contact us at [email protected].

7. All done 🙂

Add a VAT number

1. Open the payment page, and make sure you see fields for your card information.

2. Below the Eventee logo in the right corner, there should be a small green text Add VAT number.

   

3. Fill in the necessary information and click Apply

4. All done 🙂

Add a discount

1. Open the payment page, and make sure you see fields for your card information.

2. Right below Eventee logo, there should be a green underlined text Add discount, click on it.

   

3. Type in your discount code and click on Add discount.

4. Check if the discounted price is correct and proceed with a payment.

5. All done 🙂

How to purchase an add-on

You can purchase add-ons directly through the web admin only for Solo plan. If you wish to purchase add-on for Business or Enterprise plans, please contact us at [email protected].

For Solo plan:

1. Open the Solo plan payment page.

2. Fill in your email, country and zip code and click on Continue.

3. Select your add-ons on right side of the page.

   

4. All done 🙂
