# Technical documentation for badge label printing

Learn more about technical documentation for badge label printing.

Eventee offers a flexible badge-label printing solution that streamlines attendee check-in across various environments.

To accommodate different hardware setups, the platform supports badge label generation through two primary methods: **Web Check-in** for browser-based printing on desktop platforms, and the **Eventee Check-in mobile app** for iOS and Android devices.

**Instructions for pairing the printer via Bluetooth:**

2. On your mobile device, open **System Settings → Bluetooth**

3. **Pair/connect** the printer via Bluetooth

4. Open the **Eventee Check-in** app

5. Go to **Settings → Printers** (or **Printing**)

6. Tap on the green button “**Ask permission and scan**” and select the printer

Once the printer is connected in system settings, it should be discoverable inside the Eventee Check-in app.

**How to fix Bluetooth pairing issues with your printer:**
