How to fix Bluetooth pairing issues with your printer:
It is not possible to connect to the printer while another device is currently connected. To establish a new connection, you must first disconnect the printer from the active device.
If you have verified that no other devices are connected and the issue persists, please try disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth within the printer's settings.
