The event count resets annually on the renewal date of your subscription plan. Each plan renews exactly one year after the date it was first acquired.
To check your renewal date, please open the company settings and find the Plan & Subscription tab, then locate a Subscription → Created date. If you don’t know how, please follow these steps:
Open the company overview page, either via this link or by clicking Show all events button in your administration.
Locate the Settings button next to your company's title. If you manage multiple companies, ensure you select the correct one.
After clicking the Settings button, a new window will open. Proceed to the Plan & Subscription tab and look for the Created date. This date indicates when your plan will renew and your event count will reset.
