We are happy to hear that you would like to get the white label app! However, before we can get you the app, there are a few things we will need from you.
1) Contact us
The very first thing is to contact our team, so they can start preparing the paperwork. You can do so either through our online chat at eventee.com, or through our email address [email protected]
2) App Store and Google Play invitations
If you already talked to our team, we will need to you to issue invitations to your Google Play Store and App Store accounts. We need those to upload the white label app, so that you and your attendees can use it.
App Store
Please send the App Store Connect invite to [email protected] (our iOS developer 
) with following permissions:
Ideally: Admin permissions (fewer worries for you)
Minimum: App Manager with:
Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
Access to Cloud Managed Distribution Certificate
Access to Cloud Managed Developer ID Certificate
Create Apps
Google Play Store (GPS)
Please send the GPS invite to [email protected] (our Android developer ) with following permissions:
Ideally: Admin permissions (fewer worries for you)
Minimum:
Create, edit, and delete draft apps
View app information and download bulk reports (read-only)
Release to production, exclude devices, and use Play App Signing
Release apps to testing tracks
Manage testing tracks and edit tester lists
Manage store presence
Manage policy declarations
3) Information about your app
Next, we will need you to fill our form with quite a few details about your app (name, description, logo, etc.). So feel free to make yourself a coffee or tea before your start .
Before you get to it, we would just like to add a few last things:
Please, pay a close attention to the max text length and required image resolutions. It's always mentioned either under the field or inside of it.

I have a basic Solo plan. Do I need to buy Custom Branding to get custom colors for the white label app?
No, you don’t need to purchase Custom Branding to have your custom colors applied to the white label app. Custom colors are included as part of the white label deal.
